We are a small team building a lighting house from the ground up. That means the work is wide rather than narrow, and the people who do well here are the ones who would rather own a whole problem than a slice of one.
We accept applications year round, whether or not a role is posted. If you are good and you tell us why you want to be here, we will read it.

How to apply
One email, with your CV attached. Six things make it easy to say yes, and leaving them out is the most common reason we cannot move quickly.

- Your CV, attached as a PDF.
- Anything worth looking at. Portfolio, GitHub, writing, a shop you built.
- Whether you are eligible to work where you live, and whether you want remote or on site.
- A short note on why this, rather than any other lighting company.
