Track My Order
Most of what we sell is built by our supplier after it is ordered, so an order that has not moved yet is usually on schedule rather than lost. Here is how to find out where yours is.
The two stages of an order
- Handling, up to 20 business days. Your piece is being built at the supplier's facility in the finish and size you chose, then checked and packed. There is no tracking number during this stage, because nothing has been handed to a carrier yet.
- Transit, up to 20 business days. The piece is with the carrier. This is when tracking becomes live.
On average an order takes around a month to arrive. The full window is 25 to 40 business days, roughly 5 to 8 weeks, and it is the outside case rather than the expectation. The same window applies wherever you are. Where a product page gave its own lead time, that time applies instead.
Orders ship from our supplier's facilities overseas. More on how this works is on the Sourcing and Suppliers page.
If you ordered from the Luccio line
Luccio pieces are held in stock, so they skip the build entirely. They are dispatched within 3 days and arrive within 10 business days. If you are past that, write to us.
If your order has shipped
Your shipping confirmation email carries the tracking number and a link to follow it. That email goes out when handling ends.
If you have an account
Every order and its current status sits in your account.
If there is no tracking number yet
Then your order is still in handling, which is normal for the first stretch after ordering. Nothing has gone wrong and there is nothing you need to do.
If the tracking has not moved in days
Long haul freight goes quiet between scans, particularly between leaving origin and clearing customs. A gap of several days is normal within the transit window.
If you want a person
Write to us with your order number and we will tell you exactly which stage your piece is in. We answer 10am to 6pm Eastern, seven days a week.
