Before you write
Where is my order? Lead times run to weeks rather than days, because most of the catalogue is built by our supplier after it is ordered and shipped from their facilities. Track my order answers most of it.
Returns. You have ten days from receiving a piece to have the return on its way back to us. Contact us first, before sending anything.
Product specifications. Dimensions, materials and electrical details are supplied to us by our supplier. If a figure matters to your installation, ask us before ordering and we will confirm it with them. See Sourcing and Suppliers.
