Stainless Steel Sphere · Embedded LED Points · Five Sizes · Modern Sculptural Pendant
A spherical pendant built from a stainless steel framework with hundreds of LED points embedded throughout the structure. When lit, the LEDs illuminate the whole sphere from inside, producing a constellation-like effect that reads as light suspended in open space rather than enclosed in a shade.
Available in five sizes from a compact 20 cm sphere to a 90 cm statement pendant, and in three light configurations — warm white, cool white, or TRIAC-dimmable warm white — chosen at checkout. Suited to dining tables, kitchen islands, foyers, double-height stairwells, and modern sculptural lighting installations.

Which size suits my room? +
The 20–30 cm sizes work as bedside or accent pendants. The 40 cm is versatile for dining tables and standard living rooms. The 70–90 cm are statement pieces — best for double-height foyers, grand stairwells, or open-plan rooms with 10 ft+ ceilings where the full sphere reads.
Which light color should I choose? +
Pick Warm White 3000K for residential ambiance — dining rooms, bedrooms, living areas, and any space where you want a soft amber glow. Pick Cool White 6000K for kitchens, work spaces, modern utility-driven interiors, or where you need crisper task light. Pick TRIAC Dimmable Warm 3000K when you want the warm glow but also need to control brightness via a wall dimmer — best choice for dining rooms with mood-lighting needs.
Can I get a dimmable version? +
Yes — at checkout you can choose the TRIAC Dimmable Warm 3000K option, which works with any standard TRIAC wall dimmer (sold separately). For other dimming protocols (0-10V, DALI, smart-home integration), contact us before ordering and we'll custom-build to match your system.
Are the LEDs replaceable? +
The LEDs are integrated into the steel framework, so individual point replacement isn't user-serviceable. Engineered LED life is approximately 30,000–50,000 hours (10–15+ years of typical residential use). If a replacement is ever needed, contact our support team.
How heavy is it? +
The 20–40 cm sizes are within standard residential mounting limits. The 70 cm and 90 cm versions are substantial — confirm with a licensed electrician that your ceiling junction box is rated for the load. Contact us for precise weight specs if needed for your installer.
Can the cord length be adjusted? +
The standard hanging wire is 59" (150 cm) and can be shortened on installation. For longer drops — vaulted ceilings, double-height foyers, stairwells — contact us before ordering for a custom cord length.
Care & delivery
Looking after it
Dust with a soft dry cloth. Stone, plated and painted finishes dislike solvents and abrasives, so keep both away from them; glass takes a lint-free cloth and a little glass cleaner. Solid brass is left unlacquered on most pieces and will warm and darken with handling, which is the material behaving as it should rather than a fault. Switch a fixture off and let it cool before cleaning it.
Who makes it
This piece is manufactured for Elio Marchetti by Radilum, our production partner for the collection.
We are a lighting house rather than a factory. We select the pieces, specify the finishes and the stone, and hold the relationship with the maker, and we would rather tell you that plainly than leave it unsaid. Questions about the manufacture of a specific fixture are welcome and we will answer them.
Delivery
Allow 28 to 43 business days from order to arrival, roughly six to nine weeks. Most of the collection is made to order, so that time covers the piece being built in the finish and size you chose, checked, packed and shipped. The same window applies wherever you are.
Shipping is free to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia, with no minimum order.
Returns
You have ten days from receiving a piece to have it on its way back to us, under way inside those ten days rather than simply flagged with us on the tenth. Return postage on a change of mind is yours, there is no restocking fee, and the outcome is a refund to your original payment method rather than store credit. Made to order pieces return on the same terms as stock. Contact us before sending anything back.
Damaged or faulty on arrival
Separate from an ordinary return, and a longer window: twenty days from receipt to report it. Tell us before you send anything, keep the packaging until we have answered, and photographs of both the fault and the box help. Where a piece is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, we cover the return postage.
Installation
Any hardwired fixture should go in with a licensed electrician. Where a piece has particular requirements, a sloped ceiling, a chain that can be shortened, a specific socket, they are listed further up this page.
